3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before arrival.

Late Cancellation: Less than 7 days before arrival – 100% of booking value charged.

No-Show: 100% of booking value charged.

Modifications: Subject to availability and may incur rate changes.

Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days; bank fees may apply.

We recommend guests take travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, and emergencies.

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), Riad Minorisa reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements or flexible rebooking.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect the property, other guests, and Moroccan cultural norms.

Damage to property or loss of items may result in charges.

Children remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected (name, contact details, booking history) is used solely for reservation management and customer communication.

Data will not be shared with third parties except for legal compliance or booking platform requirements.

Guests have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR for EU residents).

6. Liability Disclaimer
Riad Minorisa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

The property is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or illnesses unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

Activities such as excursions, tours, and external services are carried out at the guest’s own risk; guests are advised to have travel insurance covering such activities.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any disputes are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts in Marrakech.
